We cover your product catalog, common customer questions, your online checkout process (e.g. how you handle shipping and payment), returns, and all the other day-to-day cases your team has to handle. We agree on a scope for the agent, a price, and a time frame for getting the agent set up and launched on your site.

After the call we agree on scope, price and a time frame to get your store up and running with the AI sales agent. After we have configured the agent trained on your products, prices and policies we launch the chat on your site. In most cases we get a store up and running within a few days after the call.
